Through the Lens: Photography Competition
Guidelines
- Theme: Monsoon
- Ownership: Entries must be original work, and the participant must own the rights, should not be a stock photo or clicked by someone else.
- Photo Editing and Manipulation Rules: Only allowed edits are brightness/contrast adjustments, cropping, and color correction.
- Maximum 2 entries per participant
- Winners will be decided by a public poll.
Entry Requirements
- Acceptable formats are JPEG or PNG
- Minimum resolution 1600 pixels on the longer side
- File size should not exceed 5MB
- Participants should preferably have a RAW file of the photo submitted.
- No watermarks on the photo.
- Each photo should have a one liner caption.
- No AI generated images will be allowed
Disqualification Criteria
- Inappropriate Content: Any explicit or offensive content, photos that violate privacy, or anything culturally insensitive.
- Manipulation Breach: Entries that breach editing rules or entry requirements.
- Non-Adherence to Theme: Submissions that don't align with the theme.
Stroke of Genius: Painting/Doodling Competition
Guidelines
- Theme: No specific theme, let your inner artist bloom!!
- Ownership: Entries must be original work, and the participant must own the rights, should not be a stock photo or clicked by someone else.
- Maximum 2 entries per participant
- Winners will be decided by a public poll.
Entry Requirements
- Any form of Artwork (Canvas/Paper medium) can be submitted as long as it is authentic and not downloaded from the internet.(It is okay to refer ideas from the internet as long as it is painted/sketched by the participant themselves.)
- Artwork to be submitted in JPEG or PNG format
- Additionally a timelapse video of “making the artwork” would be preferred. Timelapse video should not be more than a minute.
- No Filters Allowed.
- Photo size should not exceed 5 MB
- Video size should not exceed 20MB
- No AI generated videos / images will be allowed
Lord of the Memes Competition
Guidelines
- Theme: Memes should reflect the company culture, values, or experiences. Encourage creativity that highlights teamwork, innovation, or light-hearted moments in the workplace.
- Ownership: Entries must be original work, and the participant must own the rights, should not be a stock photo or clicked by someone else.
- Maximum 2 entries per participant
- Winners will be decided by a public poll.
Entry Requirements
- The meme has to be an original creation
- The meme has to be safe for work https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Not_safe_for_work
- All memes must be submitted in digital format (JPEG, PNG, GIF, MP4).
- Include a short caption or description for each meme explaining its relevance.
- Memes should be appropriate for a corporate environment. Offensive or inappropriate content will result in disqualification.
- Respect the privacy of individuals; avoid using identifiable images of coworkers without consent.
- Participation is open to all employees. Encourage cross-department participation to foster teamwork and creativity.
